Camera monitoring at every location
All TBH storage locations are camera-monitored. Footage is timestamped and retained in accordance with the project's HSE and security requirements. Coverage verified at setup and confirmed in each reconciliation report.
Tamper-evident seal system
Each item receives a numbered tamper-evident seal at check-in. The seal is verified at collection. Any breach is immediately visible and logged. Seal numbers are searchable in the digital audit trail.
Digital chain of custody
Every transaction recorded in real time. Records exportable in standard formats for integration with project HSE management systems and audit documentation.
Reconciliation reporting
At the close of every shift or event, a complete reconciliation report is generated and delivered to the project HSE team and document control within 24 hours.

Construction and industrial sites are restricted areas. Suppliers and couriers cannot simply walk in to deliver a package — and workers cannot easily access collection points outside the perimeter. TBH operates a managed receiving and dispatch point adjacent to the site, handling every item from arrival to authorised collection with a complete digital chain of custody.
Inbound parcel receiving
Suppliers, couriers, and contractors dispatch packages to the TBH receiving point — not to a restricted site gate. Every item is logged on arrival with sender, recipient, description, timestamp, and photograph. Tamper-evident seal applied. Authorised recipient notified by PIN. No item moves without PIN confirmation.
Outbound dispatch
Workers and project teams drop items at the TBH point for outbound dispatch — samples, documents, equipment for repair, personal packages. TBH logs the item, confirms the recipient address, arranges courier collection, and provides a dispatch record. Workers never need to leave the project area to send an item.
Site-to-site transfer
On a corridor project spanning hundreds of kilometres, items move between locations — from port to camp, from camp to pipeline, from contractor compound to government office. TBH manages the chain of custody for these transfers: departure logged, transit tracked, receipt confirmed at each point.
